A Portable Hydraulic Winch powered by an IC engine has been developed and manufactured by AacessEquipments, Hyderabad, primarily to be used in area where conventional lifting units cannot be transported to erection, it has a lot of demand for erection of high tension towers when they are being erected in deserts, highly regions and remote locations. The unit is a hydraulic winch is powered using a powerful diesel engine and can lift vertical loads up to 5 tons and pull 5 tons load on ground, The unit weighs only 260 kgs and can be comfortably carried by four people and can be moved on a bullock cart from place to place where there is no access to regular transport vehicles and this an enormous benefit with unit.
